Manufacturing Programme
Fersan Tekstil is a vertically integrated polyester knitted fabric manufacturer in Çorlu, Türkiye; in the dope-dyed programme colour belongs to the fibre, not to a dyebath — ~750 tonnes a month since 1982.
In dope dyeing (solution dyeing) pigment is added to the polyester melt before the filament is even spun: colour is locked into the core of the fibre and cannot wash out later. Because the fabric-dyeing step is skipped entirely, water and energy per kilogram drop sharply, while light, wash and rub fastness rise above conventional dyeing. The programme knits jersey, interlock, dry-fit and fleece structures from dope-dyed yarn.
We work for two buyer profiles: uniform and workwear programmes that must survive industrial laundering, and sustainability-driven collections that want a measurably smaller footprint. We supply Western Europe, Russia and the CIS, and routinely produce to the test standards of European sports and apparel brands. Colour ranges are developed per project.

Dope-dyed projects start from colour: your corporate shade is matched at yarn stage, structure and finish are built around your use case, and fastness and dimensional stability are documented with test reports; on request the same programme runs on a GRS-certified rPET base. Quotation requests are answered within 2 business days.
