Fersan Tekstil is a vertically integrated polyester knitted fabric manufacturer in Çorlu, Türkiye; in the dope-dyed programme colour belongs to the fibre, not to a dyebath — ~750 tonnes a month since 1982.

In dope dyeing (solution dyeing) pigment is added to the polyester melt before the filament is even spun: colour is locked into the core of the fibre and cannot wash out later. Because the fabric-dyeing step is skipped entirely, water and energy per kilogram drop sharply, while light, wash and rub fastness rise above conventional dyeing. The programme knits jersey, interlock, dry-fit and fleece structures from dope-dyed yarn.
We work for two buyer profiles: uniform and workwear programmes that must survive industrial laundering, and sustainability-driven collections that want a measurably smaller footprint. We supply Western Europe, Russia and the CIS, and routinely produce to the test standards of European sports and apparel brands. Colour ranges are developed per project.

Your fabric development partner
Dope-dyed projects start from colour: your corporate shade is matched at yarn stage, structure and finish are built around your use case, and fastness and dimensional stability are documented with test reports; on request the same programme runs on a GRS-certified rPET base. Quotation requests are answered within 2 business days.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order (MOQ) for dope-dyed fabrics?
The 500–1,000 kg per colour range applies to the knitting; since dope-dyed colour is planned by yarn lot, the yarn supply window per colour is confirmed at quotation stage.
What are your lead time and delivery terms?
On an approved colour, typical lead time is 3–4 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch; matching a new colour at yarn stage is scheduled separately. We work EXW, FOB or DAP; quotation requests are answered within 2 business days.
Can you produce our corporate colour?
Colour ranges are developed per project: your corporate shade is matched and approved at yarn stage. With pigment locked at the melt, lot-to-lot colour consistency beats conventional dyeing; in return, small colour trials are less flexible than piece dyeing.
Is the fastness really higher?
Yes — with colour in the core of the fibre, light, wash and rub fastness sit above conventional dyeing; in uniform programmes running industrial laundry cycles the difference is visible in practice. Values are test-reported per order.
Can dope-dyed be combined with rPET?
Yes, on request: the same structures are knitted from dope-dyed yarn on a GRS-certified recycled polyester base — low water, low energy and certified recycled content in a single fabric.
