Recycled Polyester Fabric Manufacturer (rPET)

Fersan Tekstil is a vertically integrated polyester knitted fabric manufacturer in Çorlu, Türkiye, running a recycled polyester programme under GRS 4.0 and RCS 2.0 chain of custody — ~750 tonnes a month since 1982.

Recycled polyester (rPET) turns post-consumer PET into first-grade knitting yarn. Under GRS/RCS chain of custody we knit the catalogue structures themselves — jersey, interlock, French terry, fleece, mesh — from certified rPET yarn and dye them in the same HT dyehouse; shipments carry the certification statement.

Mechanically recycled rPET knits reach performance parity with virgin polyester in apparel use. For brands cutting water and energy further, we also offer solution-dyed (dope-dyed) rPET on request, where colour is locked into the fibre at the melt. We supply Western Europe, Russia and the CIS.

In this application: The everyday-top base — knitted from GRS-certified rPET yarn on request.
Composition: 100% polyester (PES); combed/ring yarn by quality, recycled (rPET) version available.

In this application: Double-face smoothness and stability, knitted in the same window with rPET.
Composition: 100% polyester (e.g. 75D/72f textured filament yarn); rPET common, elastane-free.

French terry (two-thread loop-back)

In this application: Sweat and leisure-wear body — with an rPET loop-back option.
Composition: 100% polyester (fine ground + ~2× thicker loop yarn); cotton-PES is common in the market, pure/high-PES applies for a polyester specialist.

Composition: 100% polyester (recycled rPET versions common).

In this application: Moisture-managed performance knit — the rPET entry point for sports ranges.
Composition: Mostly 100% polyester; often ~80–90% PES / 10–20% elastane (with-spandex) for stretch and fit.

In this application: Breathable micro-pores; rPET mesh for team jerseys and polos.
Composition: 100% polyester (typical); a ~90–92% PES / 8–10% elastane version exists for stretch.

Is the MOQ different for rPET fabrics?

No — the 500–1,000 kg per colour range applies; the rPET yarn supply window is confirmed at quotation stage.

Are you GRS certified, and what do I receive with shipment?

We hold GRS 4.0 and RCS 2.0 chain-of-custody certificates; a transaction certificate (TC) is issued per order on request.

Does rPET perform like virgin polyester?

In knitted apparel use, yes: strength and fastness parity is the target, differences are managed in the dye recipe, and performance is test-reported per order.

Do you offer solution-dyed (dope-dyed) rPET?

Yes, on request: colour is locked into the fibre at the melt, cutting water and energy per kilogram significantly and raising fastness. Colour ranges are developed per project.
