Manufacturing Programme
Fersan Tekstil is a vertically integrated polyester knitted fabric manufacturer in Çorlu, Türkiye: the fleece ground is knitted in-house, dyed in our HT dyehouse and finished on our raising and shearing line — ~750 tonnes a month since 1982.

Fleece warmth comes not from the nap itself but from the air it traps: once the knitted polyester ground is raised and sheared, the surface forms air pockets that hold heat while the cloth stays light and dries fast when wet. Our programme covers four windows — classic double-brushed fleece, an anti-pill finish with fixed nap tips, microfleece for thin mid-layers, and a double-faced construction brushed evenly on both sides.
We supply buyers from outdoor and sports collections to corporate workwear, from mid-layers to jacket linings, across Western Europe, Russia and the CIS, and routinely produce to the test standards of European sports and apparel brands. The ordering terms below are the same figures we quote.

In fleece development, nap height, shearing depth and the anti-pill finish are tuned to your garment’s wash profile; colours are approved via lab-dip, and pilling resistance is test-reported per order. For outer-layer projects a water-repellent (DWR) finish is applied and documented with test reports. Quotation requests are answered within 2 business days.

We work with 500–1,000 kg per colour; the exact figure depends on structure and finish and is confirmed with your quotation. Trial volumes during collection development are discussed separately.
Typical lead time, raising and shearing included, is 3–4 weeks from order confirmation; we ship EXW, FOB or DAP. Quotation requests are answered within 2 business days.
Anti-pill is a finish that fixes the nap tips on the brushed surface, giving the cloth clear resistance to pilling under repeated washing and abrasion. We do not leave it as a claim — pilling resistance is test-reported per order.
Microfleece is fine and low-loft, so it works as lining and mid-layer. Classic and anti-pill fleece form the base of mid-bodied tops and jackets, while double-faced fleece shows a clean face on both sides of unlined outer pieces. Each card lists its catalogue weight window.
Yes — the same fleece structures are knitted from GRS-certified rPET yarn and brushed on the same lines; see our recycled polyester manufacturing programme for details.
