Fersan Tekstil is a vertically integrated polyester knitted fabric manufacturer in Çorlu, Türkiye — from its own texturised filament to knitting, dyeing and finishing, ~750 tonnes a month since 1982. The microfiber programme is the finest work in that chain: we texturise the sub-denier filament on our own line and knit it on our own machines.

The logic of microfiber is simple, its results are not: splitting the same yarn count into far more, far finer filaments (low dpf) changes the fabric’s character in three ways — a peach-skin softness in the hand, higher opacity at the same fineness, and better moisture spreading thanks to the grown filament surface. Only sub-denier filament earns the name “microfiber”; we don’t print that label on yarn that lacks the fineness.
The programme’s vertical advantage sits in the yarn: our microfiber fabrics are fed by our own microfilament DTY production, not bought-in yarn. Fine filament takes up dye fast and is prone to shade drift; that sensitivity is not handed to a supplier but managed in our own HT dyehouse with recipe and lab-dip discipline. We supply Western Europe, Russia and the CIS, and regularly produce to the test standards of European sports and apparel brands.

In this application
The signature of the programme: a dense face knitted from sub-denier filament — silky/peach-skin hand, high opacity.
Composition
100% polyester microfiber — filament fineness below 1 denier (microdenier, ~0.5 dpf); far finer than standard PES (1.5–4 dpf).
Weight windows come from catalogue data; final specs are confirmed on a sample.

Your fabric development partner
We build the hand to target: sueding/brushing depth, knit density and yarn fineness are tuned to the peach-skin touch and opacity you want, colours are approved via lab-dip; antimicrobial, UV-protection (UPF) and water-repellent (DWR) finishes are applied per order and documented with test reports. Quotation requests are answered within 2 business days.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly does microfiber mean?
Filament fineness below one denier — markedly finer than standard polyester filament. We don’t call yarn above that threshold microfiber; we sell the fineness, not the label.
Where do you source the microfiber yarn?
From our own production: our microfilament DTY yarn is texturised on our own line. With yarn, knitting and dyeing under one roof, lot continuity and hand consistency stay in our control.
Why is microfiber sensitive in dyeing, and how do you manage it?
Fine filament presents a much larger surface at the same weight: it takes up dye fast, raising the risk of shade drift and barré. Recipes are built for microfiber in our own HT dyehouse; colour is approved via lab-dip and fastness is reported per order.
What is the minimum order (MOQ) for microfiber fabric?
MOQ is 500–1,000 kg per colour; the exact figure is confirmed with your quotation. Trial volumes within development projects are discussed case by case.
What are your lead time and delivery terms?
Typical lead time is 3–4 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch; we work EXW, FOB or DAP. Quotation requests are answered within 2 business days.
